ipo77 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policy documents published by ipo77:

• "Platform" means the ipo77 website accessible at ipo77.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated services.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose registration has been accepted by ipo77.
• "Account" means the personal member account created upon registration, used to access Platform services, hold Rupiah balances, and participate in betting and gaming activities.
• "Balance" means the total funds denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held within a Member's Account at any given time, including any active Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by ipo77 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Member or credited from completed withdrawable winnings, with no wagering restrictions attached.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before ipo77 processes a Member's first withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined in Clause 9 of these Terms as grounds for account suspension or termination.
• "Services" means all betting markets, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, and any other gaming or wagering activities made available through the Platform.

Access to ipo77 Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other form of voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ipo77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within seven (7) calendar days of a request may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access ipo77 Services, prospective Members must complete the registration process in full. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

1. On e Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ipo77 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any contact details requested.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ipo77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your password.
4. Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify ipo77 if any of your registered details change, including your contact number, email address, or banking information, to ensure your Account records remain current.
5. No Transfer of Accounts: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any associated balance to any other person.

ipo77 is required to conduct identity and address verification checks on all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard practice across licensed international gaming platforms and is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license clearly showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three (3) months, displaying your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), or other payment method used for deposits, confirming it is registered in your name.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed, full-colour digital format. Cropped, blurred, or otherwise manipulated documents will not be accepted. ipo77 reserves the right to request additional documentation where standard documents do not provide sufficient verification.

ipo77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment methods:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• Digital Wallets (E-Wallets): OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
2. Deposit Ownership: All funds deposited into your ipo77 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
3. Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. ipo77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems.
4. No Deposit Fees: ipo77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ipo77 accepts no liability.
5. Currency: All transactions on ipo77 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ipo77 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Members may submit withdrawal requests for any portion of their Real Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts with pending or incomplete KYC status.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
3. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, and only to accounts registered in the Member's verified legal name. ipo77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing may take longer during scheduled maintenance periods or in cases where additional verification is required.
5. Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. These limits are communicated within the Member's account dashboard and may be adjusted upon request subject to account verification status.
6. Bonus Balance: Funds held as Bonus Balance are not eligible for withdrawal until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full, as described in Clause 7.

ipo77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be satisfied before the associated Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
2. Validity Period: Bonuses are valid for a defined period after issuance. Any Bonus Balance or associated winnings remaining unused after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
4. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in individual promotion terms.
5. Minimum Odds for Sports Bonuses: Where a bonus is applicable to sports betting, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in the promotion details. Mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets may carry different contribution rates.
6. Abuse Prevention: ipo77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting abuse include — but are not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, and coordinated betting with other Members to exploit promotional terms. Detected abuse will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and permanent account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply across all Services offered on the ipo77 Platform. Specific rules for individual game types — including football betting, live casino, togel, and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting wagering) markets — are published separately within the relevant product sections.

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to ipo77's acceptance at the displayed odds at the time of placement. ipo77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or irregular market conditions.
2. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduled window specified by the applicable sport's governing body; if manifestly incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error; or if the bet was placed after the market should have been suspended.
3. Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Any bets accepted after a goal, score change, or event outcome has occurred but before the market feed has updated will be voided.
4. Maximum Payout: A maximum single-event payout limit applies to all betting markets. The current maximum payout per event is displayed within the Platform's betting interface. Winnings exceeding this threshold on a single bet will be reduced to the stated maximum.
5. Fixture Information: ipo77 makes every effort to provide accurate fixture information. Members are responsible for confirming match details independently before placing bets. ipo77 is not liable for losses arising from bets placed on incorrectly assumed fixtures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ipo77 Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit through exploitation of bonus terms or pricing discrepancies.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the Platform's back-end systems, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or permitting any other individual to use your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ipo77 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or mis-priced odds to extract value in a manner that would not be possible under normal Platform conditions. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ipo77 expressly excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform and its Services. Specifically:

1. Service Availability: ipo77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to the Platform. ipo77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime.
2. No Guarantee of Winnings: ipo77 makes no representation that any Member will win money or achieve a positive return from use of the Services. All betting and gaming activities involve inherent financial risk, and past outcomes do not predict future results.
3. Third-Party Services: ipo77 is not liable for losses, delays, or errors arising from the systems of third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
4. Force Majeure: ipo77 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.
5. Indirect Loss: In no event shall ipo77's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.

ipo77 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, and all Services are provided under internationally recognized licensing and regulatory standards. Members acknowledge that online betting regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their country or region of residence.

Any dispute between a Member and ipo77 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

ipo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Members will be notified via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any outstanding Real Balance.
